Born in Monroe, Louisiana, and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Trinity Allen’s journey in karate began at a young age. Growing up as the daughter and granddaughter of Senseis, the dojo became her second home. Starting karate at 4 years old, Trinity entered her first competition at 5, where she forgot her kata but proudly earned her first awards—participation medals.

At 12, Trinity made the U.S. Junior National Team, marking the beginning of her career with Team USA. At 18, she won her first Senior Team Trials and secured her spot as the U.S. representative for the Olympic Qualifiers in the -55 kg category. Trinity's career highlights include a gold medal at her first Senior Pan American Championships, a silver medal at her debut WKF World Championships, and a bronze medal at the 2022 World Games. As Team Captain, she earned a silver medal at the inaugural World Cup in 2024, and has consistently medaled in both individual and team categories at the Pan American Championships.

Trinity’s karate career has taken her to over 25 countries, where she has had the privilege of training with Olympic and World-level coaches and competitors. Beyond her competitive achievements, she has discovered a profound passion for teaching others. Drawing from her extensive global experiences, Trinity is dedicated to sharing her ever-growing knowledge and skills with others. Her approach to coaching emphasizes not only athletic and technical development but also incorporates elements of fun and genuine mentorship. She believes in creating an engaging learning environment that nurtures both the skill and spirit of her students, which in turn motivates her. 

Inspired by her father’s coaching philosophy, “It takes a village to raise a child,” Trinity deeply values the support and guidance from her extensive team of mentors throughout her journey. She is committed to making a meaningful impact on those who share her love for the sport and aspire to achieve their dreams.
